Backerkit surveys and apple id

Hi everyone!
I hope you are all getting excited about the holidays. I know we are!
There are a few things i wanted to go over with you all.
First, we are at 73% survey completion on backerkit. woo hoo! There are 21 days left until we lock all orders so if you haven't finished your surveys yet, please do.
Next, ALL surveys have gone out so please check you email and your spam folders. If you cannot find it then please reach out in a message on kickstarter and we will help you.
ALSO backerkit has an issue with those who used apple id for kickstarter so you need to reach out to us and we can send you the survey link.

Pledge Manager launches today!

Hi all!
Just wanted to let you know that the pledge manager is live! It slowly rolls out emails so you might not have it immediately but I promise they are on the way! You have 30 days to finalize orders then the pledge manager closes.
Here is what you should expect to see.
You will hit the big green "Get Started" button OR you can click "Switch your Pledge Level" if you would like to change your pledge to a higher tier.
Here is an example of your cart. It will automatically list have what you pledged on Kickstarter so you do not need to manually add them. However! you do have the opportunity to add extras!
Once you are finished your card will be charged and you order will be locked. So make sure you get everything you want. :)
If you have any issues, please feel free to reach out to Backerkit. They will be providing support on the pledge manager.

I just wanted to touch base with everyone and let you all know that the pledge manager is under review and we should be able to launch it early next week.
We will communicate the launch in an update on kickstarter as well as straight to your email.

Hi Everyone!
I hope you all are getting your holiday tummies ready!
I just wanted to drop in and say that we thankful for you all and we are still hard at work getting Backerkit set up for you.
We are getting close!
As a reminder when we do launch the Pledge manager on backerkit you will see a cart with your items that you paid for. You will also have the opportunity to add extra goodies that you might have missed out on during the campaign and decided you want. It will look something like this! (note this is not FINAL)
This shows an example of a pledge that backed JUST the Mayhem Pledge and then decided in Backerkit that they wanted to add a 4 pack add on and the pickle panic expansion. so when they click "NEXT" it will take them to the shipping information area for delivery and then a check out page. There they will pay the remainder of whatever balance is left and the shipping and handling cost.
The big section we are working with Backerkit on now is figuring out shipping.
Those in the US are going to get the flat rate shipping for the pledges they picked. HOWEVER, when adding addons we have to increase shipping a little bit. It isn't much though.
For the 77 other backers outside of the US, shipping costs will be completely determined by weight and distance from the shipping hub.

First off I just want to say WOW! What am amazing campaign. We can't thank you enough for all of your love and support bringing our vision to life.
We ended up in the top 5% of all Kickstarter campaigns which is amazing!
976 backers and $112,543 in funding. Holy Cat!
In the coming weeks we will be sending out emails with more details on how to complete your order (shipping, add extras if you want, etc.) This will be done on Backerkit. Backerkit is a wonderful platform that will help make this whole process as easy as can be for you all. We just need a little bit of time to set everything up. We will let you all know when the pledge manager launches.
